Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any :noway:

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went bowling with my daughter and boyfriend

What would I have done differently? track calories :grumble:

What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and go for a walk

    What would I have done differently? ate way more than I needed to at every meal

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? elliptical for 30 mins and checked in

    What would I have done differently? track ALL my calories!!!!!!! I know this is why I am not losing weight... oh and apparently I am eating too much... :laugh: I would know that if I was tracking.:bigsmile:
