How can being sick affect my weight loss?

For the past few days I've been sick and haven't really been eating much...I've under my calorie intake every day and haven't had the strength to really exercise regularly except for some cleaning I did yesterday. My 4th week weigh in is tomorrow..what should I expect? Before joining MFP I'd expect to have lost more weight...but now I know how starvation mode and plateauing works so I'm not quite sure what to think. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, let me know! Thank you

It just depends on how your body reacts to the change. My advice? Don't worry about it! Sometimes you're sick. Sometimes there are things that are out of your control. Your weight-- that magical number we all seem to be slaves to-- can depend on so many things. If you're doing your best to be healthy and listening to your body, ignore the number this week. In the great scheme of things, you're still on a good track=)
