    Such an inspiration. I have done Weight Watchers so many times thought I'd try calorie counting. Today is my first day of a lifestyle change.

    Congratulations, great job.!

    You are a very handsome young men. I like the last picture better not only because you lost weight but because you don't have a cigarette in your hand. I hope that you trashed the cigarette and the lbs.

    I'm not even sure where to begin the explanation, I'll try to simplify this into some bullet points.
    *When the first photo was taken, I had been making some pretty bad life choices. (38 waist, XL shirts at best).
    *When the second photo was take, I had begun my journey to restructure my form. Pants and shirts were smaller (36 waist, L shirts).
    *The final photo, I am locked into my lifestyle. Pants and shirts are smaller again (33 waist, M shirts).
    *I sold my car around the time of the first photo. No car meant a lot of walking and biking, this was a great choice. Anybody that's seen Dogma should remember the line, “You ever see a fat disciple?”
    *I have not taken any weight loss medication, I did this on my own.
    *I spent a lot of time thinking about where I was to get to where I am. When you think about the amount of overconsumption in modern culture, it becomes a little disgusting.
    *Grapefruits. I cannot overemphasize the value of grapefruits.
    *MFP has been a wonderful discovery in my journey to become the person I know that I am. I wish I would have joined earlier, but I feel that this site is helping me reach the finish line while better balancing my diet.
