Title says it all really! Looking for anyone who's both an active MFP logger and trains in a martial art.
I did Shotokan Karate for a couple of years when I was young. Did Wing Tsun Kung Fu for under 4 years until recently. Currently practicing Sanshou kickboxing, which I started a year ago.
I just thought it would be nice to get a MFP loggers together as it should be interesting. Some people may be looking to put on muscle weight, others to lose it etc etc
For example I am looking to get under 65kg for a competition in March but then put on more muscle to be under 70 by October.

Welcome to MFP! Besides a few karate lessons as a child and one semester of BJJ in college I do not have any martial arts experience. However I have always found it very interesting!
