Hello all!

I've never seen these community boards before so i'll give it a shot! It's a little like weightwatchers. I want to lose 5 pounds to get into the stone below - that is my first target and then as I go along i'll set new targets. Treating this like a little public diary :)

    There is also a blog you can use on this site, kind of like a diary as well and not quite so public.

    Hello this is a first for me but Im going to loose 30 pounds... I want to be healthy, I know this is going to be a challenge but I want this change so bad, and I know I have it in me to do it... I live in Illinois and I like doing fun and exciting things but right now... This is my focus...

    Good luck! Using this as a diary/resource is a good idea. Getting involved with the site helped me keep myself accountable and so far...it's working. :smile: You can do it. :)
