    Thanks ladies. I definitely need to work on staying away from (or severely limiting) things that make me feel bad. Unfortunately it's the things I like: wheat, sugary anything, occasional soda. I had wheat and a cherry coke at lunch and that sleepy feeling is attacking me. I have suspected that sweets are making me tired and grouchy. That is the main reason I toy with getting off them completely. I'd probably lose a few pounds but the real reason is to see if I feel better. But then I feel like I need to replace those things, so I am not feeling deprived. I'm sorry but yogurt and fruit are not sweets to me. :laugh: Maybe one day I'll be able to say that they are.
    V, I did have a rule that if I want junk food I will have to make it at home but I forgot about. Maybe I should go back to that.

    Oh, goals for the day: I don't know. We're going to try to go roller blading. We didn't make it out yesterday because Alex fell asleep on me.:smooched: He's been out of it since the hive thing, but especially in the last 24 hours. We think he may have a virus or something. He's just not himself. He's down for a nap now so we'll see if he feels like riding his trike a little later. If it doesn't work out then I will get on the treadmill and do intervals. Looking forward to getting back to a work out routine tomorrow.

    Whoever came up with Daylight Savings time should be punched boogaloo. :wink:
