Do I look fat in them?

"would this shirt make me look fat?" "do my legs look fat in these jeans?" "I love those flats but I look too fat when I wear them."

I am just sick and tired of myself asking these kind of questions and saying these kind of things. And I'm pretty sure many, many girls have said this to themselves. I know I'm a beautiful young woman and I don't want my fat body to bring me down. I honestly feel so jealous of girls who can totally rock their jeans and flats and shorts and... the list goes on because people who are in shape basically look good in anything. But at the same time, I want to tell myself and everyone else that love who you are right now even if you think you're too fat, because you're not just gonna magically gain confidence just by looking thinner. Love yourself and know that you are going on a diet because you know that you can look even hotter and you know that you are going to have a healthy lifestyle. So I think if you don't love who you are now and lack in confidence, then you should work on that first before going on a diet. Anyway, I'm gonna do my best to get in shape. Hope everyone's doing well too! :smooched: Yes! we can do it!

Confidence is what rocks anything, not body shape/size.

Love this way of thinking. Definitely need to have confidents before and during this lifestyle change (not just diet) to have it after. I truly believe I have confidents but even to this day being 12 sizes smaller than at my biggest some days I don't see it and still ask those questions. Luckily I have friends who know what kind of changes I have done in my life and who support me good and bad days. Keep up the good work and positive attitude.
