Just started using the ifit feature on my treadmill.

Any suggestions on which ifit card to purchase. Thanks

    Another option - Treadmill workout Generator is excellent free software, you just need a cheap SD card blank.

    I use it to program my own version of Couch to 5K workouts. E.g. 5mins @ 3mph, 90secs @ 7mph, 2mins @ 3.5mph, and so on......
