I was wondering when should a person adjust there calorie intake?

When you stop losing weight or it becomes unbearably slow.0

Re run you TDEE every month or 2 depending on the speed of your loss. If not you will eventually be eating at maintanence if you dont drop calories as your weight drops. You want to maintain the deficit you have chosen.0

MFP recalculates after every 10 lb loss. I've been just sticking with the MFP set guidelines along the way.0
