Hi there,
Not really new to Myfitnesspal, signed up here about 3 years ago (from the mobile app), but never used the forums so...,
I'm 29 now heading to my 30s with a 240 pounds, recently started to get more frequent headaches so i start to check my blood pressure and I think I have hypertension stage one now ( my diagnose not a doctor). and the main reason i think it's because i never been this fat before.
why I'm 240 pounds ? well food! but why I'm that far if i want to make excuses or blame it on something beside myself that would be my work and lifestyle, I work 2 jobs, 9am-12noon then 2pm-10pm, both jobs are sitting on my *kitten* all day looking at computer screens with the occasional getting up and moving around.
my weight for the past 3 years been going up to 252 pounds (max) and comes down to 225, always in that range,
4 years ago, I went to Africa and I was in constant move, I achieved my goal weight (190) but then I lost it all after coming back to the US!
I got a job offer recently (starting May 14) and one of the reasons i accepted that offer was that company is really big on fitness and they have a gym inside the company hoping that will help me in my weight loss journey.
