37yo Body Builder Bulking

Im wanting connect and get imput from others actually trying to gain weight. Lots of folks are trying to loose and I appreciate that but its hard to relate at this phase. I'll cut this spring but thought I would open this dialog. I'm eating healthy but find it difficult to get healthy calories without downing lots of fat too. I'm not a fan of greazy things and frankly sick of chicken...

    Am currently losing weight for a kickboxing competition in March but after that I will be working on gaining to compete in the weight division above. You're welcome to add me :)

    I am adding in more protein shakes, have a variety of flavors to change it up. Its what I eat when I am not hungry, or later in the evening.
  • I try to eat well (lots of lean proteins and low-carb protein shakes) but I get bored with the same ol’meals. I know I'm not eating enough in my day. While I’m not trying to bulk, I’d like to make some gains in muscle weight while losing the little stuff n’fluff I’ve developed over the past few months. Chicken is a bad word in our house. Our family is SICK of chicken. We go through a lot of fish, ground beef, some steak and beef fajitas and bison. I’m interested in seeing what other people suggest.
