91 lbs lost in 2013

I set a New Year's Resolution for 2013. I wanted to be healthy. I was overweight since a kid and became obese in college. After I graduated college in 2012, I wanted to change. I logged my food every day on MFP and used a BodyMedia armband to track my exercise. Next year, I want to maintain and maybe even get to 120 lbs.

I started at 221 lbs and reached 130 lbs today at 5'1", making me now in the healthy BMI category.
