I have a weight loss goal of 32lbs. I am 5' 2" and 31 years old. I'm mainly looking for low calorie foods as I think my weight was due to no portion control. I like to have small snacks all day instead of large meals.

Welcome and feel free to add me. I nibble on snacks and small meals all day. It really helps me. My diary is public if you'd like some ideas.0

Hello...I'm fairly new to MFP. I have a question regarding weight training. I've posted various exercises but they don't seem to track a calorie burn. Does anyone know if that's correct or if I have a glitch in my app?0

Strength training no. If you are using a fitbit or a heart rate monitor there is no real way to track it. But if your doing what they call calisthenics like push ups squats crunches and continue to go with it then yes theres an option for that in their database0 -
Veggie straws are always a tasty option. You get 38 straws in a serving, and that only takes up 130 of your calories, and isn't much in sodium, either.0

One of the snacks I keep in my desk at work is a box of Tricuits (hint of salt version; so lower in sodium than regular) and a pouches of tuna (2.5 oz).
6 tricuit crackers (120 calories of whole grain goodness)
1 tuna pouch (70 calories of protein)
give you a 190 calorie mini-meal that can keep you full for a while
Edited to add, I'll also throw in a couple of cherry or grape tomatoes if I remember to bring them to work0 -
