There's a mobile BodPod testing facility for body analysis that will come to a location for a minimum of (8) people testing. This is the same machine that is used on the 'Biggest Loser' show, cost is $38 person, there is no site fee. You will get a print out with the following information:
Certified Body Weight
Body Fat Percentage
Total Lean Body Mass
Thoracic Lung Volume
Resting Metabolic Rate
Total Energy Expenditure
Blood Pressure
Resting Heart Rate
I have 3 people from my work that will join, so just need at least another 5, max would be 20 people total. It will be held at my work place: Riverside County Regional Medical Center
Once I get commitments from people that are interested, I'll schedule the truck to come out. The mobile tester is fully self contained with a private dressing room. It will take a total of approximately 20min with 8-12min of actual testing time, the rest of the time is for undressing/dressing.
All you need is the following:
Men - compression shorts, the vendor will provide the required swim cap
Women - either an unpadded swim suit OR compression shorts with an unpadded sports bra the vendor will provide the required swim cap
Here's a link to the mobile site for more information http://mobilebodyanalysis.com/
