Happy Christmas and... Im not (so) fat anymore!

Hi Guys,
Will keep this short... Looked in the mirror Mid September and thought wow I am fat... I have known it for a while but it hit me hard this time and thankfully gave me reason to do something about it. I have joined a gym and have been eating really well. I have decided to go a little easier on myself as of today for Christmas... I am still going to go to the gym and I will still watch what I am eating... to some degree BUT I am definitely going to enjoy my Christmas... Number one thing I have cut down on is beer and its time to enjoy some!
Have used the forum pretty much from when I started in September and this has been the area that has helped the most...
