I wanted to know how many calories I should log for swimming. I swam for 40 mins and did about 23 laps of breast stroke. The pool should be about 20m. Any guess? I would say I did it moderate strength.

    Check out caloriesperhour.com

You put in your gender, height, weight, and time and stuff and it comes up with a pretty good number. I think anyway!

It says about 395 for 30 minutes. I think I will use that count.

I use Diet &Fitness today .com, it gives a choice of strokes, choose the best example for you and enter weight duration etc and it will calculate!
:flowerforyou: If I could be clever and paste the site in I would but it won't work for me sorry!!!!!:grumble:
