Anyone using "Lose Weight Logically/LWL" method?

My wife used LoseWeightLogically(LWL) method for 5 weeks now and lost 11 lbs. That being said she wasn't that serious at start so the first week 'only' gave one lbs. In the meanwhile she got completely fanatic and daydreams a lot daily about her LWL-graph going down haha.
Anyway, her enthusiasm (and nagging haha ) had me convinced so I started myself too about two weeks ago. So far I got rid of 5 lbs.
We both hardly have time to do exercises and since LWL sticks nicely to their claims that no exercises are needed, it worked out greatly for us having our hectic professional lives.
Unfortunately LWL doesn't have a forum of their own so we started looking around on the internet to come into contact with other LWL users, anyone here maybe? Give us a shout ;-)

MFP is a calorie-counting app. So, using your deductive reasoning, do you think people here are trying to lose weight by eating below their maintenance calories?0

What is LWL method. I am on a high protein / low carb diet prescribed by my bariatric physician. She recommended My Fitness Pal as a way to track my food. I print out what I've eaten for the last 2 weeks before each appointment. If I haven't lost any weight, she can look over what I've eaten and look for a suspect. Usually, it is a glass of wine or cognac. This site is for everybody.0

I don't see any pre-existing groups for it and had never heard of it, but google shows me it IS a calorie counting method. You'll probably fit in just fine.0

As far as i can see its the same as the mfp method just with a snazzy name0

Personally I think that counting calories is by far the best approach anyway compared to following any type of diet; just my opinion.
What makes LWL special to me is the good Wiki setup in how information is presented in an ads-free way and by following their steps things get much easier to do.
I always knew counting calories existed but the times I had a look I gave up fast because it seemed too much of a hassle. The LWL approach made life a lot easier. Lol.. maybe I'm just too lazy and need to be spoon-fed
Anyway, I like to get into contact with fellow LWL users so send me a message.
Have a nice day all!0
