Question!!

Hey! I've been a member of mfp for 3 months now. I'll make my diary public as I would appreciate some advice regarding my diet. I certainly have not been perfect however much better than I have been in the past with binging and grazing. I've been eating more meals. Anythings that are blatently stopping or preventing me from shedding a few extra pounds?
Also I forgot to note that I usually do strength training on days I don't run.

Looks like you have the tenancy to emphasize one meal over the other which tends to lead to binge eating. My suggestion although it does take some getting used to is to divide up your meals more evenly and instead of 3 meals a day.. Turn it into 5-6 meals a day.

    Great tracking!:)

Honestly, it sounds simple, but when you eat more than your body needs, you gain weight. Sometimes we over-eat because we haven't had enough fat or protein and we're hungry, sometimes we think we eat more than we think we are because we have "little bites" or we don't weigh and measure accurately. Some people overestimate their calorie burn from exercise and so on.

I recommend that you read this:

And keep asking questions. Sometimes these threads get lost under a bunch of others. If you do t get an answer it may be because your question was missed. There are plenty of very helpful people here. :flowerforyou:
