Rapid weight loss in a week?

I started my diet again to go on my summer shred and i started at 13stone 12lbs last wednesday.. my goal is to eat under 1900kcal / day and since then everyday has been 1800+ apart from 2 days where it was 1700+... 1 week 1 day later and I have lost 8lbs? how?

    ps im also keeping my Proteins above 200+ ( should be at 180 )

    Long story short: most of it is probably water weight. I'm sure before you were eating a lot more carbs and sodium which cause bloating.
