Induction at gym tomorrow

I have been walking 3-5 miles most days but as weather is getting worse here I have decided to start going to gym. :-0 I used to go years ago but stopped when I put the weight back on again ( lost 84lb in 2005 and put it all back on again )

I just hope I can stick with it , I alwyas got bored before when I went but want to keep the exercise up.

    Good luck and dont let the gym intimidate you. Most people at the gym are struggling and trying to loose weight to. My gym has all ages, ranges and different body types that come in. So just do it ! :-)
  • If your gym offers classes, that's a great way to get variety and keep from getting bored.

  • thanks everyone, will nto be to many people there as this is a local one and is not that busy during the day. It has just been recently refurbished and only reopened a few weeks ago. Swimming pool withnot be reopening for a few weeks then can do both.

    My biggest problem will be keeping motivated so here hoping I can lol

    Take advantage of all the fun classes a gym has to offer. That's SURE to keep you from getting bored.

    Good Luck!!!! Just take your time getting used to the gym and try and find ways to enjoy yourself :flowerforyou:
