its been a little over a year since my last login: or access to fitness pal. I'm back, in looking for motivation and support from those who login daily I stay in touch with each other. sso please add me your friends list, I need to get back on track. I don't like whow I feel or what I see.

Hey Dizy, I'm in search of an accountability partner. Are you interested? I want to keep my goals afresh, plus I want to have a consistent outlet during this journey. We can structure what works.

You can do it! I log everyday and support my friends as much as I can. If I see you missing for a couple days I will be pming you as I do to all my friends.
Make sure you have your goals set out...the small ones, the larger ones will come along with the small ones. Make sure they are attainable goals and reevaluate all the time if they are still attainable.
Just take it day by day, and hour by hour if you have to.
You can do this, you have to believe that you can.
