Knee pain... help!!

Hey anyone have any suggestion on what to do for knee
pain and stiffness. I do stretch but maybe you guys have
some tips you can give. I don't want my knees to get in my
way of working out. Because of the pain, I only do general
aerobics, and walking. I hoping as I lose more weight the pain
will decrease and I can get in to some hard core work out programs.
Tips anyone?????????

I'm not sure about the knee. Maybe put hot pack on it But, don't let anything stop your work out if you have lower pain them work the upper parts of your body. Then when you have upper pain work your legs. (lower body parts) They key is to not not give in to what your body is going through ( meaning its going to hurt and be painful but after while you be good to go)
I'm nota doctor so (know your limits) don't push you hurting part to the point it becomes something more...

OH.. Hard core program. Toda I did T25 day one. you can put it in the search box on youtube. ( what you will see if the people doing the workout not Sean T as I think that is not permitted) any way just follow along. I tried for three da to get past the first 10 minutes.
Well today I did the whole 25 minutes.. be careful though if you have a knee injury0 -
I have bad knees and take glucosamine supplements daily to help keep the joints healthy. Since I started taking it, I experience almost no pain.0
