STRUGGLING OUT LOUD FOLKS NEED HELP

I was doing so awesome a couple of months ago, started at 196 and got down to 177. Then my mom broke her wrist and I got a new job and my world of health and fitness came crashing down. I now weigh 189 :(

There are always bags of chocolates, snacks, and even McDonalds breakfast available, we also have an onsite restaurant so a huge juicy cheeseburger and fries is just a call away. And don't forget my fast food addiction that came back in full force.

I've started therapy once per week to help with various issues including this.

I know I have it in me. I know none of you can do it for me. I have all the reasons and ways and yet temptation and my inability to overcome it is winning right now... help in anyway please.
