This used to be my favourite tight fitting band tshirt but it was so tight I had to wear a long slimming tank top under it. Now I wear it to the gym.

That is a huge difference!! I've found that most of my "big shirts"(the ones I wore that were just barely hiding the fat) are now gigantic on me and I use them all as either gym/night shirts lol
