Protein suggestions for pescatarian celiac allergic to nuts/seeds eggs corn soy and whey please!!
Yes body says more protein please! My staples seem to be
a lot of sashimi (raw edible fish) plain greek yogurt(has the whey skimmed off naturally)
occasional protein powder (don't own one currently)
Protein found in pure dark cocoa powder raw especially,
leafy greens spinach kale etc i eat mountains of green veg
And that's about it.....
Soooo am feeling like need more protein and more variety.
With all the vegetables mountains of berries and greek yogurt I eat get a lot of carbs I mean too much for a reactive hypoglycemic(I have that condition too)
Would be very very very grateful for your suggestions any and all. I am not able to do much/any cooking where Iive besides meal prep as basic as it gets (cutting veggies etc)
Multiplicity of Thanks!!

beans are a great source of protein and you can buy them canned so all they need is a rinse and you can throw them in with your greens.0
