    Hi Jillatha,

I can't seem to find my Insanity workout sheet, but most of those numbers seem pretty close to the ones I had in the beginning. I weighed a bit more, but I'm also taller, and a guy, so that makes a bit of difference. I also did Insanity after I finished P90X. I can't see you having any major problems with Insanity. The real trick to any exercise routine is having the persistence to stick with it, and the patience to wait for the results. If you find there's exercises you can't do, modify so that you can do them. In the case of push-ups (Insanity has a lot of them), do them on your knees instead of on your feet. It's better to modify and do something with proper form than to struggle and do it with poor form. Proper form is what's going to help you build muscle and get stronger.

So I would say, yes, you go for it, and modify where you need to. Also, join a group for motivation. I'm not a Beachbody coach, but I am part of a fitness freaks anonymous group of Facebook. Your #s are fine. It doesn't really matter too much where you start. My numbers were higher, but I had just finished turbofire & chalean extreme (which I have to thank for being able to do real pushups). Come to think of it, I think I skipped the initial fit test on my first round because I was so excited to start. I will say you have so much room for improvement that your final results will be that much more awesome. Just stick with it and take breaks when you need to. Keep moving throughout the videos, and eventually you will be keeping up with & beating that evil Tania  .
