I've been with MFP for the past 4 years... Lost my 20kgs with it that i gained in Uni due to horrible stress and lack of money.
But when I graduated and got myself a pretty sweet job, I JUST CAN'T STOP EATING fancy takeaways and workplace.
Since april '13 and my first big check I have no time for myself, or to cook/exercise, let alone go out with mates or sit down and write my life plan. My life is pretty much work -> home -> sleep -> work. Got like 6-7 hours of sleep every day cause of that which I know affects my diet. Freaking depressing, but at least it's well-paid (even though it's bad for my body...).
Anyway, because of the how much we work there is obviously a lot of treats and free food/drinks at work...which I can't resist!!!!! I'm way too stressed most of the time, and when I am - I need to eat and quite often I overeat.
I wouldn't say I'm a fatty, i'm 5'7'' and currently 75kg.. but I WANT to lose it all back to 52kgs, the way I was (by the way I know you think 52kgs is a small number for my height, but I was perfectly fine and healthy and wasn't disgustingly looking like those models)...
anyway, I need some motivation to stay on with MFP and lose this stupid weight... cause being a programmer and staring at my computer 24/7 doesn't burn any calories, so I need to motivate myself to eat less>.<
thanks for bothering to read it guys :ohwell:

Hi!
im on the same boat pretty much. I lose and gain weight but currently im 73kg. My heaviest was 80kg. I need to loose wight and would love to be 55kg! that would be the dream. I know its not an overnight thing but boy do i love food and with a sweet tooth like mine its so hard to lose weight.
But im going to start eating healthy! no more fad diets but exercise and eat well and clean (mostly)
Feel free to add me. I can use the motivation!0 -
I went through that awful phase during my first job. Free delivery from delicious restaurants when food was the sole perk of the long, stressful hours. Tough combo. Add me if you like (anyone else too!). It's manageable, but will take some planning!0
