Is this normal?

Every time I change my routine, the scale gets stuck! When I added zumba, I was stuck for a few weeks. Then I dropped 4 lbs within a week, and after that I went from netting 1300 cals to 1500 and started working out more and on different days of the week as well. When I did that, I got stuck for a couple weeks and still am stuck. Is it normal for my body to be reacting like this?

Yes. When you make changes to your intake or exercise routine/activity level, you should give yourself 4-6 weeks to adjust.0

When I added zumba, I was expecting the scale to stay put but I wasn't sure the body would be that sensitive to diet changes as well. Thanks.0
