How to log "Standing up" for nine hours

Options
So I got a new job for only the weekends, so monday to friday I'm really sedentary, but saturday and sunday I have to stand up for 9 hours walking around the store folding clothes and putting the clothes in the right place.

I can't change my settings because I'm sedentary the whole week, so I was wondering if any of you know how much extra calories I'm burning, because at the end of the day I'm starving and I don't want to overeat or if it's a lot of extra calories burn, I don't want to undereat either.

And please, don't say don't log it because it doesn't count bla bla, because I need to know so I don't under eat or over eat, thanks

    According to this site: http://calorielab.com/burned/?mo=se&gr=11&ti=Occupation&wt=150&un=lb&kg=68

"Standing on the job, light" burns 88 calories per hour. They don't offer any multipliers for body weight, but it's something to start with. So on those days maybe 700-800 calories extra? And if you find yourself gaining or staying the same, tweak it downward.

so the 88 standing minus 34 of normal burning = 54 calories extra per hour, so 486 for the long exhausting 9 hours. My calculations of "150 minutes of walking 2.0" were pretty close.

Thank you, this was really helpful

I'd just redo your settings to lightly active and not think about it. Or just don't log it at all.
