Does having an allergic reaction increase your TDEE?

I'm wondering.

I have a wheat allergy and yesterday i knowlngly wheated myself with bbq wings at the bar, this morning i had a krispy kreme donut and by noon my allergy symptoms were kicking in : pressure behind the eyes, watery eyes, coughing, itchy ears.

SO i decide that i might as well be hanged for a sheep as well a lamb and ordered a pizza.

the only problem (well besides the itchiness, coughing and inevitable hives) is that i remembered sunday is weigh day :frown: and i'm hoping there's going to be some metabolism boost from the allergic reaction.

what do you think?

PS the pizza was delicious as were the donut and wings. :smokin:
