I can never believe where I was, how big I was, how big was face was, how unattractive I looked. You lie to yourself day in, day out that you look fine. You are always your biggest enemy and competition. The first yea went fast, and I lost around 70lbs the first year with some rough patches. This past year has been the hardest in weight loss, but also the most rewarding. I've ran 4 marathons, 1 half, 10ks, 5ks, and added some nice muscle mass...and most importantly gained a lot more self confidence and self esteem.

It may seem that BF% is low, but I've added a lot of muscle to my legs, so I believe it.
