hi i am 5'0 and 20 years old.. started my journey with planning to lose 52pounds in one year.. unfortunately i've hit a plateau and stress eating has taken its place.. however, after seeing success stories and persistence is the key type pics and articles i am ready to be back on track again.. i am doing turbofire and honestly been not following it strictly.. i am now all ready to get my beasty mode on and just hit it! i currently weigh 129 pounds, and hoping to be 100 pounds one day:) soooo anybody out there to have the same or close to amount of weight to lose in that time?
p.s: i am small frame so yeah 100 lbs is ideal weight for me.. but we will see if i find mysef comfortable at 110 i will stop

Hi! Ladies I'm 5ft 2 and aiming for anything between 100 to 112. My Ethincity is Asian (Indian) and my understanding is BMI is lower for Asiains than Caucasians hence it appears I have more to lose in one respect.
My official weigh day is Monday's and I will weigh in pounds and would love to join you on losing the 20 or so pounds. I'm not too good with technology and don't always log my food but I have lost 20-22 pounds and maintained around 127 ish over last few months. I got to 120 lbs back in May but regained around 7-8 and keep losing and gaining the same 4 pounds!
I am combining calorie counting with 5:2 fast diet and I fast on a Monday and Thursday. I completed 2 fasts last week and started the week weighing 58.kg. it will be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow 23 December after 2 days fasting. I was mindful of calories most day with the exception of yesterday when I did indulge. Will be careful today and over the festive week ahead.0 -

Cool! I'm 5' 135 lbs, and my goal is to be 105 by June (I'm maid of honor at my best friend's wedding, and don't want to be porky lookin in the pics!) I have many real reasons lose weight such as knee problems, PCOS, and minor sleep apnea... All of which are things that only get worse with over eating! Funny it's the potential photos that finally get me motivated tho... lol
I weighed 100 lbs in high school and then puffed up to 135 in college, then lost to 109 and maintained for two years... Only to go back to school and eat myself back to 135 lbs!! So I know I can lose it again.
I am going to try and do 5 months of clean eating. I already maintain some good habits from my old diet: I drink no soda (or any drinks with sugar) and I weightlift 4 days a week. But clearly that does not counter my over eating habit! Oh and I've bulked up enough to do one chin up... Which I find pretty impressive since I'm carrying an extra 30 lbs around!!
Good luck everyone!0 -
I'm looking to lose the same exactly! My goal is 40 lbs but I've lost 11 already and I'm hoping to lose them by May (going on holiday)! I think it's doable, I think it works out around 1.5-1.75 pounds a week!0
