Mars Bar without the wrapper. And really cold so my body burns calories to heat it up.

Half a light English muffin with some smoked salmon on top. Optional: spread some Laughing Cow or low-fat cream cheese on, too.

Baby carrots and/or mini peppers dipped in guacamole. (I like homemade best, but I've been known to grab the Wholly Guacamole 100-cal packets.)

Scoop of cottage cheese with a few shakes of nutmeg and a drizzle of honey.

Deli turkey and paper-thin cheese slices rolled up and eaten with hot sauce.

Cocoa-roasted almonds and apple or pear slices.

Half an avocado, sliced, sprinkled with hot sauce and lemon juice. Optional: whole-grain or rice crackers.

Whole tomato, sliced from the top but left attached at bottom (so it opens like a flower), stuffed with tuna. (I love the Starkist sweet/spicy flavored tuna pouches).

Pickled beet slices, feta or goat cheese, mint, lemon juice -- all tossed together.

When I am wanting a sweet snack, "kids" cereal dry is my choice. I keep a baggie with a serving of coco puff (or its generic) in my desk at work. One serving is around 120 calories and will satisfy my chocolate urge and takes me about an hour to get though while I am working.
