30 lbs since September

And, I have to say that I of course added a few pounds over Thanksgiving, but they are off now, and also I am down a full 30 lbs
since the end of September. What do I do? Weight watchers. Counting calories is hard for me, but following points, at least for
me, is easier. I still measure, weigh, etc. But, at least now I am calorie restricting as is my wife, and it's made a huge amount of difference.

Eating regular eggs now is like a treat, since it's egg whites all the time. We found by looking stuff up what breads, etc, is
better for weight that others.

I am going to put a post up about workouts, asking some questions, but we are feeling better already. My wife is almost down
as much as me. She went from obese to only overweight now. You just need to eat to live, not live to eat. Cheers!
