I am eating properly I think. I am walking almost everyday. My scale # is staying the same, my inches are staying the same but my clothes are fitting a little looser...So what does that mean I am totally confused?

The best way to gauge weight loss is by your clothes; in my opinion. Sometimes the scale won't move or sometimes you may build up muscle (which weighs more) so the scale can be very deceiving. I try to only check out the scale once in a while so it doesn't sike me out.
The fact that your clothes are looser is an AWESOME sign - so keep doing what you are doing
Everyone is different, the way we exercise, lose weight, gain weight etc..... if there is a difference, it is for a reason0 -

Muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing fat and gaining muscle. If your clothes fit better you are doing something right. I have been having a hard time keeping my pants up...So something must be happening. Keep it up...0
