Added to the obligatory xmas beer and wine and there aren't enough hours in the day to work off the extra calories. Just need to mkake a minor adjustment to my timeline goal :-)0 -

I had to look that up. Sounds interesting (and expensive). It's now on my list of things to try.0 -

Forgive me but I need to but in with a picture of our ham, we take ham very seriously in this household. Unfortunately we'd already eaten the end off it before we thought to take a photo (Baby for scale purposes... we wont be eating her...)

That is one serious baby sized ham! I was planning on waiting til Wednesday to crack open our ham but I might open it tomorrow instead.
I am not planning on counting calories for the next week - If I put on a kilo or so of ham fat, it just means I have to cut that over the next few weeks...0 -
Ham lasts ages in the fridge if you look after it! When its getting towards the end, slice it nice and thick, pop it in those sandwich sized zip lock glad bags and chuck in the freezer. Then you can pull out a bag to last you a couple of days. As long as you don't leave it in the freezer more than a month or so will be sweet as.
I love xmas ham soooo much!!!0 -
