TDEE calculation

I'm 37 F 189.6lbs and 5'6. I have a desk job. I workout 5x a week, typically burning on average 600 calories. My BMR is 1560. I have my goal calories set at 1400. I have a question about TDEE. So, if I don't exercise weekly the calculator says my TDEE is 1870. If I exercise 5x a week my TDEE is 2200. Now, is that 2200 every day? Even on the days I don't workout?

Yes, you eat the same number of calories, even on rest days. I find it much easier. Don't take the calculator too seriously - take a full month, in which you don't change your exercise regime, and compare the calories you ate during the month with the weight you lost. That will give you a good idea of your TDEE.0

Yes, it's an average for the week. But if you're using TDEE your goal calories are set too low. You should be taking a max 20% cut from your TDEE, which would make your calorie goal 1760 per day based on the figures you've given. As it is, you're even eating under your BMR. You need to make sure that you're giving your body the nutrition that it needs.
