I need some advice on nutrition.

It is getting very hard to lose anything. I have gone between 135 and 137 for 2 months but I have lost inches. But now I am kind of staying still. I want to try to stay within my recommended amount of carbs, protein, and fat based off of another website. I find it hard some days. So what are some good high protein foods, low carb foods, and low fat foods? I am always going over my fat, very close within my carbs, and low protein. Thank you.

First, I commend you on your weight loss. Your before and after pictures are astounding. What's 2 pounds? You are losing inches and that's all that counts.
There are no magic foods to lose weight.
The last ten to fifteen pound is almost always slow to come off.0 -

So as long as I am eating high protein ignore the carbs and fat? Sorry I know I have lost a lot but some of it still confuses me.0 -
Chicken breast, turkey breast, lean cuts of beef or pork, white fish/prawns etc will up your protein without significant carbs/fat. Egg whites too, but I think life is too short to choke down egg whites!0

Now that you're so close to goal (congratulations!), your weightloss will slow down. Your goal should be to lose .5 lb./week until you reach maintenance.0 -

They say 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight but really it can be 0.75 to 1 gram
0.3 - 0.5g fat per pound of body weight, I usually go around 0.4
The rest of your calorie should be used for carbs.
Like someone else said, lean chicken breast is high in protein and low in the other two macronutrients . Thats where I get most of my protein from.0 -
