Hey there! I'm Jessica, I reside in Canton, Georgia with my husband. I'm currently a part time student in college and work part time in retail.
I've been overweight on and off through out my life since my late teens. I lost a lot of weight while in the Navy. Ballooned back up from weight 132 to 155 in May 2008, 165 in May 2009, 180 in May 2010, 196 in April 2012, 212 as of December 2013. I'm 5'5. I have various health conditions due to being obese. I'm much happier and confident when I'm confident in myself and that is based on how I look and feel. Needless to say when I look and/or feel bad.... Guess what, I feel like crap and I'm inhaling a whopper.
So please feel free to add me and fill me in with tips from your success and adventures on this journey of becoming fit and fabulous

Hi Jess its great to see your starting on your journey. My sister is morbitley obese and ive been helping her and observing her weight changes with her habits.
The good news is loosing weight is certainly attainable! by combining many weightloss tips you can stay fitter forever0 -

Hi Jessica and all .. I'm 30 and am struggling to get back to my normal weight : 120lb. My current weight is 140lb, while my height is 5.2 feet. In the beginning of 2013, I have been diagnosed Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (POS), and need to reduce my weight to make my hormon condition back to normal again. The doctor said it is because I have the opportunity to get the type 2 diabetes.
So lets fight together to get rid this "bonus" fat and meat !0
