No motivation at all..

Recently I've just had no motivation to work out, I'm eating fine and not going over my calorie limit but when it comes to working out I just can't be bothered and I literally have to drag myself to the gym. I've only been on the bike thirteen minutes and I want to leave! Urgh.

I'm right there with you. I think it's the holidays and cold weather for me. After I'm done shoveling all the snow, I have no ambition to get on that treadmill and it's too icy to run outside. Winter sucks. Maybe we'll get back to it in January.

Even if you go slow, you're still lapping the person on the couch. Keep trying and maybe try some new things, mix it up.

Here here, I cannot make myself get out of bed to go to the gym. That snooze button is WAY too tempting!

This was me this morning. Now I have to workout late tonight which is even worse. UGH!!

I'm also lacking motivation but I think that's just because I really hate my gym. A lot.
  • Having the same issue, but I'm training for a Spartan in March and so I really need out of this funk!!

Yeah, I managed to push myself through it. I think it's just because I'm being lazy as it's Christmas holidays for me so I don't have to get up early, and with being off I'm trying to make the most of it and workout more frequently so I'm out of my usual routine, luckily I'm one of them people who have to finish something once I've started. I find taking little 1/2 minute breaks every 10-15 minutes helps me get through a workout! Just a tip :)

stop being a lazy slob like every other lazy slop in the world!!!!

okay- so maybe that won't work for you (always works for me)

um- try something new and different? I know when I'm in a super rut- I need to do something totally different.. that often helps.
