For me it's been about the intake. Is it healthy? Do I NEED it? I started really taking in the water, left out the sodas, left out fried foods, and left out the junk food. I've lost 18 pounds since May. Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated, especially during the holidays when time is consumed and so much yummy food is available.0

I agree with southerlynn. My big kick in the paints was actually logging EVERYTHING I at/drank and saw how much bad stuff I was actually eating. I think you will be surprised when you see how much bad stuff is in normal foods.
Best of luck on your new lifestyle!!0 -
Track EVERYTHING you eat! I've been bad about it for the past week and I can already tell I'm paying for it, haha. When you log every single thing you eat, you will be more accountable and will want to make better choices. It's also helpful to be able to look back and know WHY you gained or lost. Good luck!0

Hey! I have had an account for awhile but like my treadmill, it went unused. Not waiting till New Years to start so my new life starts Thursday. I just wanted to go in and set up my account. Simple formula right? Burn more than you take in! I plan on being active in the community forum so I can be accountable. Looking forward to a healthier way of life0
