i just did my boot camp DVD work out this morning and im not really sure how to log it.
how do i know what to but down as far as calories burned? can anyone help me please?

    Maybe log each different exercise seperately? I'm not sure I don't have the dvd...:ohwell:

    I enter my bootcamp in cardio as calisthenics/hard. It gives me 480 calories for 50 minutes.
