Macro ratio to lose fat

I'm so confused with the Macro ratio. What should I do to lose fat?
40-30-30 or 50-30-20 or 60-20-20 ??????
Or other recomendations??
I need to lose 10 pounds! !!

Any of them can work, but it is generally recommended that you consume 0.8-1g of protein per pound of lean body mass and roughly 0.35g of fat per pound of body weight.
Aside from that, just ensure you are eating at a deficit and you will lose weight. I would also recommend doing some sort of strength training to preserve your lean muscle while doing so.0 -
40c/30f/30p will do just fine...Plenty of fat for bodily functions, enough protein for muscles, and still plenty of room for the yumminess called carbs.0

Calories are for weight loss. Macros are for energy, satiety and muscle retention (depending on the macro). And exercise is for fitness and body composition. Depending on your calorie level 40/30/30 seems to hit 1g of pro and .35g of fat. How many calories do you eat and what is your exercise routine.0

I run 3 miles 4xWeek
HIIT and strengh training 2xWeek
And I love Kickboxing, I do it sometimes 50 mins instead of running.
Im consuming now 1600 cals and I consume like 100 more cals when I exercise hard
I do 12-14 hours fasting...I try.
I was fine till I started college I gained like 15. I lost 5 and now I want to lose those 10 or 15 more.0 -

It worked for me once, but then I plateau!! It was a great diet I enjoyed a lot!!0
