Not a new years resolution!!!

Hey everyone, this isn't my first rodeo, was in great shape and got pretty lazy so time to get back to the part where I was in great shape. I am mid 30's (eek), have my first baby on the way, love to play hockey, am addicted to bike riding, and I strangely like to run. I am a cardio junky that loves to have beer. I am in law school and that takes up time, and have been using it as an excuse to not exercise, but not anymore!! Time to take back my endurance and show this beer belly what it can go do to itself. Looking for like minded individuals that liek to hit it and hit it hard! Add me, I will be a good MFP friend, I will do tons of cardio and keep my calories under goal, and will help encourage you on your journey too!

Well, go ahead and make it a New Year goal. Setting goals AND achieving them makes us successful and focused!
School happens, life happens, babies, jobs, recessions, beer, carbs. It's all going to happen and how you treat yourself through it all is most important. And it's how your friends and family (and clients) will remember you. How you treat yourself through it all.
I had three sessions of NLP recently. My coach made me do homework "write out your perfect week" and of course I planned it all out and discovered I couldn't fit everythink I enjoy in one week. It takes a month plan to get it all in. Maybe start there? I'll be PaleoCat2013 here online. I'm supporting a friend in the UK who is also on Paleo path. We attended the Primaly Luxury Retreat in Malib last month along with 15 other people. So find what serves you, commit to it. Let me know how it goes. And happy holidays!0 -
New years resolutions never last, this is about doing what I used to do, and getting back into the me that I have always been. Goals a plenty, resolution for said new year not.0
