Anybody else feel Deja vu?0

I'm not sure if I will or not honestly. I want to, but if I do I wont enjoy myself on my vacation. But if I don't I might eat to much. Ugh it's been stressing me out wondering if I should or not.0

It's one day...I'm going to enjoy myself...one day is completely 100% meaningless in the grand scheme of your life. Just enjoy your friends and family and don't worry about it...get back on Thursday.0

^^ ditto. I plan to eat like a complete pig. Its the rest of the year you need to worry about, not one day.
People stress about holidays way too much. Its not going to undo anything you've achieved. The scale may go up a few pounds but it will come off as soon as you go back to normal eating.
Enjoy the day!0 -
I don't count on Christmas and birthdays.0

ME! Our Christmas was 2 days ago (my husband, a lot of our friends, and my family back in Michigan have to work on Christmas, so we just did it early). I didn't count then, but I'm back to it. And after those 3 days of cooking/tasting everything, eating everything, and finishing the leftovers, I need to start counting again!0

I have been extremely lax on my calories since before Thanksgiving. Hence the missing an definition. Nearly time to cut.0

baby jesus didnt log calories so i probably wont either0

no dont be silly!0

I planned my food a few days ago and pre-logged fully aware that I am by about 350-500 calories above maintenance ( 1690 calories for me ) even though I am only at the halfway point of maintenance.....:o). So I am eating anywhere from 850-1000 calories over my deficit.
Since for the last 8 month I have only gone a few times over my deficit by less than 200 calories, I feel perfectly ok eating more these two days.
Merry Christmas !0 -
I'll definitely be logging, but it will all be guessing.0

How many people will use the search feature this Christmas?
None? Just wait for the next few weeks.0 -
I will be, but we have christmas dinner on christmas eve (today) and so i wont be eating to badly over the next few days But i dont aim to lose weight i just want to stay the same if im honest, so fed up of the years of gaining 6lbs because of a few 'cheat days!'
But it is totally down to what ever you feel comfortable doing!0 -
