hi there, im current;y 156lb, have lost 14lb over last 2 months and aiming for a muscular 135ish. Have lifted heavy before, about 4 years ago, able to squat body weight etc but only in the gym. I'm a stay at home mum of 2 now so setting up to lift in our garage. We will be getting a squat rack, bar, plates etc Can anyone suggest other equipment they found useful for working out at home. Cheers

bench for bench presses.
you might also want to look into getting kettlebells of varying sizes if you can, and why not a heavy bag if you have the space?
and what about a rower?0 -
I suggest getting a power rack along with a bench. That way, you can do a variety of heavy lifting and compound exercises without being limited on what exercises you can do. I believe you can get one for $300. It's a little bit on the pricy side, but it is totally worth it if you want get strength gains and be muscular.0
