    Seven Km tempo run, quite icy rain out there for that. Then I took the dog for a walk for an hour.

    Gym workout was done 11-1, then home for lunch :)

    Our gym is 24/7, but no staff on holidays/after hours. There was more people there than I expected!

    ran 7 miles at 3 30 in the morning... i think i saw santa up on a rooftop.... cant be too sure though cuz my eyelashs were freezing!!!
