Taking a Break from Stronglifts. Need Advice!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to take a two week break from Stronglifts. When I return, should I start exercising with the working weight I left off before going on a break or should I deload by 10 lbs? Also, while on break, is it better to do some bodyweight exercises or not work out at all and work out when I come back?

When you come back to it, give it a try at the weight you left off at. And of course it's better to do body weight exercises than nothing at all.0

Thanks for the advice, guys! I've been trying to do bodyweight workouts at home, but I haven't had the time to do much due to ripping and running with my family. I will definitely try lifting the weights I left of at on Tuesday.0

Yup, just keep doing the program where you left off. Don't deload until you've hit three stalls in a row.0
