251 over but had deficits over the past few days.
Tomorrow is Boxing Day; another Christmas dinner with the other side of the family.0 -
614 over but the 3 days prior I was under by 269, 277 and 160 so it all evens out. Still on track0

Well the day is still young but I have 7490 total, 5790 over!
Same here but starting tomorrow or at least new year eat healthier.0 -
Not worked it out but don't think its that bad. Its Christmas I gave myself a break but didn't go overboard.0

I'm actually under. BUT, our big family Christmas dinner isn't until Saturday. Saturday will be an interesting day.0

I'm about 3K over my TDEE - that means in 3 more days Will have all lost it all as long as I keep a deficit of a 1000 a day :-)0

Only just under but I have a feeling Boxing day will be over.

I've pretty much written off the whole week. I'm off work and eating and drinking to my hearts content (and my livers dismay). I would guess at 5 or 6 thou a day since Saturday. Weigh in is Tuesday morning next week. That big number will just motivate me to work harder going into 2014 (I hope).0
