? about Body Media and MFP

So I have been walking 3-4 miles a day on the treadmill while wearing my Body Media armband. I have that account synced with MFP account. I notice there is a discrepancy in my burned calories between the two. When I go into MFP diary and add my walk as cardio I see it does give me a deficit but i also see the Body Media is giving me a discount too. Should I be leaving the cardio add in MFP off all together? I kind of feel like I may be "double-dipping".

If you have your body media synced with you myfitnesspal you don't manually input calorie burn unless you put in the exact times you were working out. If you are putting the times you are working out then you should be good to go.0

Where would I be putting the exact times? I run body media in workout mode while I am working out...so I do have exact times there. I do not see anywhere in MFP pal where I can log and track times.0
